Public Financial Aid

Public Schemes That Can Cover All or Part of Your Training

Financing should never hold back your ambitions. Many public funding schemes exist to reduce—or even completely cover—the cost of your training.
Depending on your situation (employee, job seeker, freelancer, student, or young learner), several options are available—and often quick to set up.

Here Are the Main Funding Options and How to Access Them

CPF – Personal Training Account

The CPF is an individual right available to all working people (employees, freelancers, job seekers). It allows you to finance professional training throughout your career. Since May 2, 2024, anyone using their CPF must contribute a personal participation of €102.23 per training course.
Exception: When the Contribution Does Not Apply

The €102.23 fee does not apply if:

  • you are a job seeker;
  • your training is co-financed by your employer or OPCO;
  • you use your rights under the C2P (Professional Prevention Account);
  • you receive additional funding linked to a workplace accident or occupational illness.
Why the CPF Is Still a Valuable Option
  • Up to 100% coverage of training costs (minus the €102.23 fee, if applicable).
  • Fast and secure registration via the official platform.
  • No personal expenses if your CPF balance fully covers the training plus the fee.
Simplified Process
  1. Go to the official website: moncompteformation.gouv.fr (log in via FranceConnect).
  2. Check your available balance.
  3. Search for Innovaworld Learning and select your chosen training.
  4. Confirm your registration and pay the €102.23 contribution (if applicable).
  5. The training provider invoices directly via the platform — no upfront payment required from you.

FAQ – CPF (Personal Training Account)

Any working person with a CPF account: employees, freelancers, job seekers, and public sector workers.
Your account remains active even if you change jobs or become unemployed.

Log in to the official website moncompteformation.gouv.fr via FranceConnect.
You’ll instantly see your available balance and can search for a training course.

It can finance part or all of your training (tuition fees, certifications, etc.), and in some cases the full cost—except for the mandatory €102.23 personal contribution, if applicable.

Yes. Since 2024, a personal contribution of €102.23 is required for each training course.
Exceptions: job seekers, training co-financed by the employer or OPCO, and certain special cases (workplace accident, occupational illness, etc.).

  • Go to moncompteformation.gouv.fr
  • Log in via FranceConnect
  • Select the Innovaworld Learning training course
  • Confirm and pay the contribution (if required)

Yes. For example: CPF + employer funding, or CPF + Individual Training Aid (AIF) via France Travail.

AIF – Individual Training Aid (France Travail)

Who is eligible?

The AIF is reserved for job seekers registered with France Travail (formerly Pôle emploi), including those in redeployment programs (CSP, CRP, CTP).

What is its purpose?

This aid helps finance all or part of a training course directly linked to your professional project, validated by your advisor.
It is particularly useful when your CPF balance is insufficient or unavailable.

Are Innovaworld Learning courses eligible?

Yes. Certifying language courses (Professional English, TOEIC preparation, CLOE, etc.) can be funded through the AIF if approved as part of your return-to-work or career change project.

What are the advantages?
  • Coverage of up to 100% of the training cost
  • No upfront payment required from you
  • Compatible with the CPF: the AIF can top up an insufficient CPF balance
How to apply?
  1. Contact your France Travail advisor to present your Innovaworld Learning training project.
  2. Request an official quote (we provide it directly for your file).
  3. Submit your AIF request via your France Travail personal account or the mobile app.
  4. Wait for validation – average processing time is 2 to 4 weeks.

FAQ – AIF (Individual Training Aid)

Yes, provided they are certifying and included in your professional project (PPAE).

The AIF can cover the remaining cost of your training.

No. The AIF pays the training provider directly—no advance payment required.

Yes. The AIF can complement your CPF when the balance is insufficient.

Company & OPCO Funding

Your employer can finance your training

If you are an employee, your company often has a budget dedicated to professional training. This budget can be used to finance an Innovaworld Learning course, whether linked to your current role or to an internal mobility project.

Two main solutions:

Skills Development Plan
Your company covers your training costs directly, either from its internal budget or via its OPCO (Skills Operator).
This can finance up to 100% of the training.

CPF Top-Up
If your CPF balance is insufficient, your employer can top it up so you can follow your chosen training with no out-of-pocket expenses.

Advantages

  • No personal cost for the employee.
  • Possibility to attend training during working hours.
  • Acquisition of skills directly relevant to the position or career development.

How to Benefit?

  • Present your training project to your manager or HR department.
  • Request a detailed quote from Innovaworld Learning.
  • The company approves coverage through its internal budget or via OPCO support.
  • Your training begins with zero cost to you.

FAQ – Company Funding

Yes, but in most cases, certifying language courses are well received because they directly improve professional performance.

Yes, if your employer authorizes it and the training is relevant to your role or career development.

  • OPCO: funding provided through the company’s budget or its Skills Operator, with no impact on your personal training rights.
  • CPF: individual training rights that belong to you personally, but your employer can top up your balance if it is insufficient.

Regional Aid & Youth Pass Programs

Young Learners: Fund Your Certified Training Through Local Support

These aids are particularly accessible to:
