  • Adjusted assessment methods (extra time, adapted materials, oral instead of written, etc.);
  • Enhanced accessibility in our training rooms (on-site) or through our digital tools (online).

Innovaworld Learning relies on:

  • Institutional partners (AGEFIPH, FIPHFP, MDPH, Cap Emploi, etc.) to find suitable solutions;
  • Regular monitoring of existing systems in order to provide the best alternatives.

5. Monitoring and Continuous Improvement

 

Each request is handled with individualized and confidential follow-up.
The adjustments implemented are evaluated throughout the training and adjusted if necessary.
This charter is reviewed annually as part of our Quality approach.
